Four Contemporary Stories

Photographs from the Cesura collective
curated by Roberta Valtorta and Diletta Zannelli

20 September 2015 – 31 January 2016

The Museo di Fotografia Contemporanea presents an exhibition dedicated to the theme of diversity/inclusion seen through four research projects undertaken by the Cesura collective of independent photographers.

The initiative has been organised in collaboration with RS Components, a company that has made corporate social responsibility a distinctive feature of its identity.

The four stories told by Arianna Arcara, Gabriele Micalizzi, Alessandro Sala and Luca Santese of the Cesura collective are profoundly topical, touching on important problems in our complex contemporary society, and tackling the delicate theme of one’s capacity to change oneself and the world around us through precise choices and behaviour marked by courtesy or culture and respect for others.

The four projects constituting the display are installed in the main exhibitions room of the Museo di Fotografia Contemporanea. The smaller room instead offers a presentation of the entire project and information about RS Components and the projects the museum has been implementing with the company for years.
