The fund includes a selection of photographs taken by Giovanni Chiaramonte (Varese, 1948) between 2000 and 2004, dedicated to the landscape around Milan as seen from the ring roads and the Milan-Serravalle highway. The work focuses on both the old settlements and the more recent infrastructures, exploring the complex history and visual perspectives presented by the contemporary post-industrial landscape.
